Israel would intensify its operations on Hezbollah in retaliation for its daily attacks on northern Israel, according to Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, even in the event of a possible ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Lately, IDF has struck several targets in Lebanon along with a Hezbollah cell as the terrorist group continues its onslaught on the north.
“We are planning to increase the firepower against Hezbollah, which is unable to find replacements for the commanders we are eliminating,” – states Gallant
Nearly every day since October 8, Hezbollah fighters have assaulted Israeli settlements and military installations along the border. The group claims that it is doing this to support Gaza in the midst of the conflict.
According to Hezbollah, four of its militants were killed in Sunday's Israeli attacks, raising the total number of deaths by the group to 214 since the start of the Gaza War.
