Individual examination procedures apply to each study program of the Academy, about which students are not informed in advance. Each training program of the Academy has individual terms of payment. For some courses, payment is made only with a single payment before the start of the course. However, some courses that are longer in duration have a monthly payment system, the amount is distributed proportionally during the course of different modules. Bank installments apply to all training programs of the Academy, regardless of the option of fee sharing or payment terms. The mentioned procedure is simple and any interested person can receive bank installments for a period of 3 months to 2 years. In such a case, the relevant partner bank determines the financial conditions.
After registering for the desired course, you should request an interest-free bank installment invoice. The received file should be submitted in a printed form to any branch of Bank of Georgia, and after a 15-minute procedure, the bank itself determines the approval of the installment. Installments are interest-free, so you don't pay commissions or any other fees if you pay the installments in full. A commission fee may be added only to courses that are in the lower price category or are included in a discount promotion. The installment document does not require a stamp or signature from the Academy and is issued electronically. If for some reason you could not approve the installment, you can also make the installment to a family member or a friend, but with the necessary condition that you must indicate your name and personal number in the payment destination. The purpose of payment should look like this: first name, last name, personal number, name of the course.
If the person registered for the course has paid the full cost of the course or uses installments, and the course has not been completed, the company returns the paid or installment amount in full, including the bank commission. Also, if the course start date is changed, the company undertakes to notify all registered applicants, and if the new start date is not acceptable to the student, the paid amount will be returned.
